The Energy Home Estimator ENERGY_CONCEPT© automatically takes masonry exterior wall quantities from Block.Buster.Takeoff© and/or FRAMER_TAKEOFF©; or UNIT_FRAMER© which is included with this template, calculates and extends unit quantities giving a conceptual estimate. The longitude and latitude of the site location is then entered into the template. Six different grades of energy efficient design, quality level takeoff's are produced. With loan data entered, ENERGY_CONCEPT© then amortizes the payoff periods for each different design and/or design element. The cost per kilowatt hour for the site location is entered and a break even date projected for each energy saving design element. These six different design estimates may be compared and analysed for cost effective design and energy savings.
