A High End Residential Conceptual Estimator, producing detailed CMU and exterior door & window takeoffs, with the balance of the trades and fixtures calculated by unit pricing. A final CSI based Budget/Schedule of Values & Cask Flow Projection is produced with a general summary of the work of the project. Most CSI divisions are included in addition to General Conditions, Permits, Allowances, Civil & Site work, steel, masonry, frame & metal stud construction, plumbing, mechanical & electrical and mid to high-end fixtures, appliances, interior finished surfaces and detailed landscaping at the exterior.
